Dictation:

Toll-free phone-in dictation goes directly to a central phone server. Hand held devices load into FREE facility software for transfer via secure, encrypted Web protocols to your Web Manager for job routing. Alphamed telephone dictation system can be adjusted to fit the current dial pad settings and ID that the physician is used to and feels comfortable with.

Document Distribution:

Using Web Distribution utility. This web distribution tool provides excellent document management of the completed transcripts. This tool allows for automatic Print, Export, and on-site Archival of all transcribed documents. It also provides the ability to preview the returned jobs, make minor corrections or even send the jobs back to transcription for corrections.

Finding any transcript by patient name, number, date of consult or other criteria is achieved instantly and painlessly. Forwarding transcribed letters to referring sources by email or print is convenient.
